Biotin For Amazing Hair Growth

We all want long Hair. We read and use up everything that gives us a promise of luscious gorgeous hair. This is one space where we have clear objectives and goals. And at the same time this is the same space where we have no clue on how to achieve our goals.

This is so because unfortunately the truth is far off. To make your hair anyway near good is to understand what exactly is required. The basics lie in 'Hair Strength'. If you have strong hair trust me they will grow and continue to grow. If you have weak hair then no matter what you do they will not grow out well.

This is the reason that you need to build up strength and make your roots strong.

This is where Biotin comes in. It is a Vitamin of the B Group Vitamins. This is a water soluble vitamin. This means that you need to replenish it on daily basis as it goes out from your body daily via urine.

Most people get their daily intake of Biotin from eating a healthy diet, but there have been many claims that getting more biotin can regulate your blood sugar, promote healthy hair, skin and nails, and help pregnant mothers have healthier babies. So the uses of Biotin are ample and good.

Biotin can also be found in a number of foods, including:
egg yolk
organ meats [liver, kidney]
nuts, like almonds, peanuts, pecans, and walnuts
nut butters
soybeans and other legumes
whole grains and cereals

Because food-processing techniques like cooking can render Biotin ineffective, raw or less-processed versions of these foods contain more active Biotin.

You will find good amount of Biotin from B Complex Tablets as well as from MultiVitamin Tablets.

So Have you checked your Hair Health!

Vitamin C For Cardeovascular Disease

Vitamin are doses that generate regular metabolic functioning of your body. Each Vitamin is meant for a certain function. The moment your body starts to have less of any Vitamin it starts to show that particular type of Vitamin deficiency. So it is essential that you do a regular check up.

There are various types of Vitamins namely Vitamin A, B [within B there are atleast 8 variants], C, D, E, K. The B vitamins are [B1 [Thiamine], B2 [Riboflavin], B3 [Niacin], B5 [Pantothenic Acid], B6, B7 [Biotin], B12, Folic Acid]

The above Vitamins fall under two categories one is Water Soluble the other is Fat Soluble. All Vitamin B and C fall in Water Soluble and the rest are in Fat Soluble.

Water Soluble need to be replenished each day as they go out from urine everyday. While the Fat Solubles stay in body for longer time.

Vitamin C is what am emphasizing in here on this Post is because it has a very significant purpose.

  • Vitamin C is a blessing in disguise for breathlessness. People with asthma, COPD or general fatigue breathlessness seem to benefit. In respiratory conditions, vitamin C supplements help avert or shorten the duration of common colds and may mitigate the risk of serious respiratory conditions like asthma.
  • Vitamin C helps with Cardiovascular Diseases. One of the most intensely studied areas of vitamin C benefits is in the area of cardiovascular health. Researchers are finding that vitamin C impacts several aspects of cardiac health, ranging from blood pressure to endothelial health. Perhaps it’s not surprising that as the relationship between oxidative damage, inflammation, and atherosclerosis becomes increasingly investigated by science, vitamin C is seen as a key protective element against many aspects of cardiovascular disease.
  • Ascorbic acid, or Vitamin C, is a potent antioxidant with increasingly diverse uses in health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Every step in the progression of atherosclerosis can benefit from the antioxidant power of vitamin C, from preventing endothelial dysfunction and altering lipid profiles and coagulation factors to preventing blood vessel changes that can lead to strokes and other vascular catastrophes.
  • Vitamin C supplements reduce cellular DNA damage that is the vital first step in cancer initiation and also reduce the inflammatory changes that allow a malignant cell to grow into a dangerous tumor.
  • Vitamin C supplements enhance the health-promoting effects of exercise and reduce exercise-induced oxidative damage.
  • Vitamin C supplements also dramatically combat the oxidative damage caused by smoking and exposure to tobacco smoke.
  • Vitamin C supplements can speed the clearance of the stomach disease-causing bacterium Helicobacter pylori and cut the risk of gastric cancer it causes.
Good enough? have you checked your Vitamins?
