Weight Problems? Have Sweet Basil Seeds

Weight problem is something that practically everyone wants to deal with but are not really able to do much. How many things would you have tried?

 Have you tried Basil Seeds? They are also called 'Sabja' in India. 

These seeds are full of nutrients. They have the right amount of proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fat, calories, sugar and digestive fibers that one requires on daily basis. 

You simply take one spoon of the seeds and then keep them in glass of water. They will bloat up - keep for 30 minutes.
