Pull Your Tummy In To Reduce Fat

Stomach fat or bloated belly is a perpectual problem with all of us. Normally you hear that doing cardio exercises and abdomen exercises will reduce the fat and circumference as well. This is true, but how many can stay tuned to doing exercises on regular basis. Here is a simple trick that you could try. 

Pull your tummy muscle in and try to retain that position for as long as you can. Do it daily and do it three to four times. 

This you can do while you travel, sit, are in queue, sleeping, watching movie anytime anywhere. 

The idea here is to get your tummy muscles working and training them to tuck in. This pull on muscles also enables fat around the abdomen area to go down.
